The Conniving Little Me!

Hey Dawgs!

Sorry for the lack of posting and its all Z's fault because she's too busy out working at a new part-time job, supposedly to earn money to go visit V in LA in December. And, that is if her Dad allows it. So anyway, I was complaining to her that since she works so much now, she has no time for the very important Me. I mean who am I to bully at home, and who is going to feed me treats and play with me. Our conversation went like this:

Hugo: You are working so much you hardly have time for me! What about me?

Z: Don't be silly Hugo, you still have 4 other people in the house for you to boss around.

Hugo: But its not the same they don't bring me for walks!!

Z: As if you want to go for walks, the last time we went for a walk what happen? You took 5 steps then flop down onto your belly and refuse to walk and I have to physically pick you up. Oh and how many times you did that? At least 10! In like a 10 metres stretch of road!

Hugo: Hmmmm... I was eh just doing push ups, yup push up.

Z: Right....

That was the end of a rather disappointing act to get Z to spend more time with me. But the good thing is I've got my Mom (who is Z's Mom as well) wrap around my little paw (even Z agrees) and there's even pictures to proof how completely under my spell my Mom is. Jeez... This two-leggeds are so easy to win over sometimes.


This photos were taken on the same day which I did the "Push Up Stunt" and Mom wa so worried that there's sometihing wrong with me. Z decided to try and take me on a walk again, and at the very mention of the word "walk" this is what I did.

I went to lie down beside my mom and gave her my paw, pretending to be pathetic.

Mom: Why? Whta's wrong baby? Your paw pain pain izzit?

She fell for it! I lifted my head and gave Z a smug look. Hah!

Mom: You okie already baby? Want to go for a walk?

Ohhh.. Almost blew it by trying to be smug, better lie low and act pathetic.

Mom: Its okie baby, Mummy sayang you..

Sneaking a peek at Z to make sure that she's not trying anything funny.


Pretending to be pathetic has its advantages, I get a good massage from my Mom!

Mom: Mummy massage your head for you.

Don't you all just love my cute little smile? My mom loves it when I smile at her!

Mom: So cute, you smiling at Mummy?

Hee Hee Hee, My Mom has completely fallen for my superb acting. I should win an award for this!



All this acting is making me sleepy....



As I lie there, I contemplated getting into the show Business and have a career as a Professional Actor.


Then I realised that its just too much work, being an amateur gets me my treats and massages as well. All this acting is tiring, I should go for a nap now...

I AM BACK!

Hey Dawggies,

First and foremost I must say a huge thank you to all the wonderful comments that you dawgs have left for us and sorry for not posting in such a long time. Z finally came back form her trip. (V has flown away, a few hours ago to LA California) And Z's back with some peace offering to appease my wounded little heart and for leaving me for such along time (Z - he was so upset he cried for a long time)

I must say I really love the toy! It bouncy, its orange and it squeaks! I have been carrying it around the house the whole time. I guess I'll forgive her now that she's so nice to me (Z -yeah right you were so happy to see me your tail wont stop wagging), I am a very forgiving little dawg!

My Very First Award!

This is the first award that I have ever received in my entire life! I want to give a huge Thank You to The Desert Pups for giving this award to me. At this point in my life, given that my Z is so down, it is really a huge encouragement and a pleasant surprise. It really lifted Z's spirit and she even gave me extra belly rubs!

Z - Firstly I would like to say thank you to all of you who have left me encouragement and word of advice, it is a very hard and trying time for me and I have to admit that I have neglected Hugo, but he has been good to me, playing with me still, wagging his tail and giving me kisses. I especially want to say a thank you to Huskee's Mom for her encouragement.

Of me and Z..

Hey Dawgies,

Z (and I) want to thank all of you for the encouragement that was given and that it really helped. She's calm down more now although she still hugged me and leak salty water, but i lick them away and she hugged me more and kissed me, so I guess I'm doing something right. She told me that V will be leaving soon (next week) and if i can just let her spent whatever remaining time she has with V, She'll be all mine after next week. I think its a pretty good trade off, although I would miss V too, he such a fun two-legged!

I won't be able to blog over the weekend as Z will be out of town with V. But rest assured that I will try to lift Z's spirit so that she'll bounce back and help me do my bloggie soon. Meanwhile I'll leave you with a video of a baby me "geraming" when I was younger. If you're wondering, geram means being frustrated over something (in this case my toys), Z was playing with me and V was the cameraman!



If you are wondering what's the shouting about at the end, its Z yelling at me cause I peed on the floor and V was so entralled by me that he forgot to continue aiming the camera at me.

Sad Z...

Hey Dawggies,

Sorry that I've not posted for a while Z had not been able to pull herself together to help me blog. There had been some terribly sad news for Z (and me as well) as V, her two-legged Beloved (I'm her OTHER beloved) will be going away to US for a year to work and to prepare for when Z goes over. So Z have been leaking lots and lots of salty water and in her words "falling apart" and "becoming a total wreak" whatever that means. I've tried to cheer her up by licking up her salty water and staying by her side, but she just hug me and cry some more. I wished that there's something I could do for her to make her feel better.

She's been with V for 4 years! (That's longer then I have been alive!) As much as they love each other, V says that he has to do this for their future. I'll miss him too, he's always a nice sport and I love nibbling and licking his ears cause he's so ticklish and have really soft soft ears (he's very ticklish so its very funny). I tried to play with him when he came to visit yesterday but he was very sad too and didn't want to play. I hope things can get better for them and that they'll be able to adjust to life without each other for a while (Z - Its not a while its an entire years, its so long..)

Meanwhile life has been dull for me since Z is busying leaking and haven't had the energy to play with me and I've been missing out on her love and treats (though I did get pineapples from Dad after dinner). All my dear dawggie friends, do help me to cheer them on (for my sake so that Z will go back to being herself)
